As a part of the Putnam Police Department’s continuing Fugitive Apprehension initiative, they are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the fugitives listed below.  If you know who they are or where they are, we are asking that you contact the Putnam Police Department to report information pertaining to the individual’s whereabouts.


Information about fugitives may be reported to the Putnam Police Department at 860-928-6565, The crime tip hotline at 860-963-0000, or via the “contact us” page on the department web site to send an anonymous email.


The Putnam Police Department will be taking a proactive approach to seek out those individuals who have active arrest warrants and have gone without capture until now.  If you have a warrant for your arrest in Putnam, we will find you and bring you to justice so that those who live peacefully can continue to do so without fugitives walking among them.  Help us keep Putnam a safe and friendly community.

Zachary Burnett

On January 28, 218 28-year-old Burnett was found stumbling down Kennedy Drive in Putnam when several callers dialed 911 to report that he was walking into traffic.  As a result of officer’s investigative efforts, Burnett was taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Possession of Narcotics.  When Burnett failed to appear for his court date at the Danielson Superior Court a warrant was issued for his arrest for Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree.  If you have any information about the whereabouts of Zachary Burnett please contact Officer Einsiedel at the Putnam Police Department at 860-928-6565.

Christine Rodriguez

41 year old Christine Rodriguez was involved in two separate domestic disturbances in 2017 leading to her arrest on both occasions.  Rodriguez would later fail to appear in court for her respective charges and since have had two Failure to Appear 2nd Degree warrants issued.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Officers Peloso or Boulanger at the Putnam Police Department 860-928-6565

Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald is a 42-year-old male who was involved in a domestic disturbance in August of 2017 at his residence in Putnam.  Fitzgerald was allegedly intoxicated and made threats while armed with a baseball bat.  He was subsequently charged with Breach of Peace 2nd degree and Unlawful Restraint 2nd.  He failed to appear to court and a warrant was signed for his arrest for Failure to Appear 2nd on January 25, 2018.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Sgt. Payton Livingston 

Livingston is a 20-year-old white male, described as about 6 feet tall with a thin build and dark hair.  In September of 2017 the Putnam Police Department executed a search and seizure warrant after an extensive narcotics investigation into the sale of Heroin with Livingston as the primary suspect.  Livingston was taken into custody that day for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Narcotics, Operating a Drug Factory, Failure to Keep Narcotics in the Original Container and Possession of Marijuana Less than ½ ounce.  Livingston then failed to appear to Danielson Superior Court and was subsequently arrested on 10/19/2017 for these charges.  He again has failed to appear to answer to a number of charges include the aforementioned and has two active warrants for his arrest for Failure to Appear in the 1st degree and Failure to Appear in the 2nd degree.  If you are aware of Livingston’s whereabouts you’re asked to contact Officer Peloso at the Putnam Police Department.



Steven Gardner

Steven Gardner is a 32 year old white male who is no stranger to the judicial system.  Gardner currently has seven (7) active failure to appear arrest warrants stemming from incidents that occurred with both the Putnam Police and CT State Police Troop D.  Gardner’s offenses that he has failed to appear for include 3 counts of Disorderly Conduct, Threating in the 2nd Degree, Larceny 6th, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, Criminal Trover in the 2nd Degree, Use of a Motor Vehicle without Permission, Illegal Operation of a Motor Vehicle Under Suspension after a DUI, Speeding, Interfering with an Officer/Resisting Arrest.  Furthermore, Gardner is being sought for questioning regarding other active investigations in town.  Gardner has no certain address and has been known to frequent the Thompson area and various locations throughout Putnam.  If you have information about Gardner’s whereabouts contact Sgt. Ezarick Key

Ezarick Key is a 49 year old black male, 6’01” 235 pounds.  Key was recently released from the Worcester House of Corrections in Massachusetts and has yet to come back to Connecticut and face his charges here.  Key has an active warrant for Failure to Appear 2nd degree for a family violence arrest that occurred in June of 2017 where he was charged with Breach of Peace.  If you have information pertaining to Key or his whereabouts, contact K9 Officer Termini at the Putnam Police Department.
